What you will do

• Process and categorize incoming invoices while verifying data against system rules.
• Maintain and update accounts payable tracking tools and ERP system entries.
• Assist with month-end close activities by identifying accruals.
• Validate vendor information and support audit and compliance documentation.
• Document standard operating procedures for accounts payable workflows.
• Communicate with procurement teams to resolve missing or unclear purchase order information.

Requirements

• Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be eligible to work legally in Czechia.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in accounting or with accounting software.
• Proficiency in Czech.
