What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements to deliver strong slates and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Maintain high candidate engagement through proactive and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

Requirements

• 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Spanish proficiency required.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
