What you will do

• Lead design initiatives across complex projects, ensuring solutions are innovative and aligned with client objectives.
• Act as a hands-on expert in prototyping and implementing solutions using agentic AI, IoT, and AR.
• Mentor cross-functional teams across design and engineering to bridge creative vision and technical feasibility.
• Establish standards for agent tools, schema conventions, and front-end integration patterns for agentic workflows.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to advise on how emerging technologies can unlock business value.
• Define evaluation and observability signals for moving agentic experiences from pilot to production.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX, USA.
• Expertise in Human-Centered Design (HCD) and strategic design thinking.
• Proven portfolio of projects introducing new technologies or novel interactions.
• Ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and establish prototyping frameworks.
• Deep skill in technical feasibility, risk assessment, and enterprise IT architecture.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop patterns for AI approvals and exception handling.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience in creative technology, user experience, or digital innovation.
• Advanced background in data science, AI/ML, or computational design.
• Experience in design consulting and enterprise-scale project delivery.
