What you will do
- Lead a high-impact portfolio of customer accounts to drive transformation, growth, and profitability.
- Engage directly with C-suite executives to align technical capabilities with industry and regional trends.
- Execute multi-year account planning and Return to Growth initiatives to increase signings and revenue.
- Manage the P&L of the customer unit and optimize overall commercial performance.
- Coach and mentor Customer Partners to excel as trusted advisors and expand 's scope.
- Utilize AI and data-driven analytics to guide strategy, forecast performance, and develop opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling to the public sector.
- Must be based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
- Strong P&L management skills and a track record of commercial execution.
- Ability to orchestrate complex ecosystems, aligning cross-functional teams and partners.
- Expertise in IT transformation and operations to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Digital fluency and experience using AI-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
