Junior Presentation Designer

Location: Avenida Paseo de la Reforma 505, Torre Mayor, 06500 Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid role requiring office presence two days per week; morning shift from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no fully remote option.

What you will do

• Create high-quality, client-ready presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for Oliver Wyman consultants.
• Apply presentation design best practices, brand guidelines, approved templates, and visual identity standards.
• Transform business content into clear, accurate, consistent, and visually engaging presentation materials.
• Follow established production processes, review work carefully, and resolve straightforward formatting and design challenges with guidance from senior team members.
• Communicate with consultants and teammates, clarify requirements, respond to feedback, and maintain reliable service-oriented collaboration.
• Explore AI and productivity tools that support presentation design, ideation, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create and edit professional presentations.
• Understanding of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and information presentation.
• Strong attention to accuracy, consistency, quality, templates, brand guidelines, established processes, and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with consultants and teammates and respond positively to feedback.
• Curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, technologies, and presentation design best practices.
• CV submitted in English and a portfolio included with the application.
