Pitch Deck Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, but must be based in Latin America

What you will do

• Design pitch decks, sales presentations, credentials decks, and internal presentations using brand guidelines and templates.
• Translate written content, outlines, and data into clear slides with strong visual hierarchy and flow.
• Create charts, diagrams, timelines, infographics, and other visual explanations of complex information.
• Adapt decks to new versions, formats, and aspect ratios while maintaining consistency and editability.
• Source and edit imagery, icons, and mockups, then prepare final files in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and PDF.
• Manage multiple decks, collaborate with designers and account teams, and apply feedback accurately under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional design experience, including internships, freelance work, or entry-level roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating presentation or pitch deck work, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, including master slides and templates, plus Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic data visualization skills and strong attention to detail across long documents and many slides.
• Good communication, organization, time management, and ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback.

Nice to have

• Agency or fast-paced marketing experience.
• Basic motion skills, including slide transitions and simple animations.
