Compensation: $200,000 – $230,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and serve as Incident Commander during security breaches.
• Develop and execute a multi-year security roadmap with a core pillar of AI integration.
• Oversee enterprise security functions, including cloud service configuration, IAM, and vulnerability management.
• Drive the adoption of automated security tooling to improve detection accuracy and reduce MTTR.
• Partner with Legal, IT, and executive leadership to align security priorities with organizational goals.
• Manage security budgets, vendor relationships, and contractor teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of cybersecurity or IT security experience, with 3-4+ years in a management or lead role.
• Proven track record managing SOC operations and leading incident response efforts.
• Hands-on experience securing cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep knowledge of SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, XSOAR) and EDR/XDR technologies.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, SASE, and modern IAM protocols.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with vulnerability management tools like Tenable, Qualys, or Wiz.
• Familiarity with AI-driven security analytics and automation.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or SANS/GIAC.
