What you will do
- Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety programs in an Fulfillment Center.
- Design and implement ergonomic interventions based on risk assessment findings and injury trends.
- Conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
- Develop and deliver engaging ergonomic education and hands-on coaching for associates.
- Collaborate with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows.
- Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist emergency response at the site.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Bernardino, CA, USA.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Certification as an Athletic Trainer by the Board of Certification (BOC) or equivalent State Certification.
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 49 lbs and standing/walking for up to 12 hours per shift.
