What you will do

• Serve as the primary POC and liaison between the Government and Contractor, ensuring all tasks are accomplished according to the PWS.
• Provide overall management and oversight of contractor and subcontractor personnel.
• Implement and maintain compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and CMMC.
• Lead crisis response efforts during major security incidents, ensuring detection, containment, and recovery.
• Manage third-party security vendors and ensure acquisitions meet organizational and Government standards.
• Drive innovation by implementing technology enhancements that improve cybersecurity operations and enterprise IT performance.

Requirements

• TS/SCI Clearance required.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs at Fort Meade or similar high-side environments.
• Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD cybersecurity policies (DODI 8500.01 and 8510.01).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or CGEIT.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and workforce management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security, Privacy, and Digital Equity/Accessibility.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of FITARA, the Clinger-Cohen Act, and OMB IT policy guidance.
• Experience with IT portfolio and investment management processes.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles.
