What you will do

• Build AI-enabled applications, particularly focusing on recommendation or conversational systems.
• Implement and utilize evaluation frameworks for LLM and AI systems.
• Develop backend services using Python while managing the differences between AI and deterministic systems.
• Collaborate with international partners across various tech sectors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Python Engineer.
• At least 2 years of professional focus on AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLM or AI system evaluation frameworks.
• Must be based in Portugal or be an EU candidate willing to relocate.
• Portuguese/EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
