What you will do

• Support the full recruitment cycle for artistic, production, and technical roles.
• Post vacancies on LinkedIn and various job boards.
• Review CVs, portfolios, and demo reels against role requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and industry networks.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and assist with offer documentation and onboarding.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Must be based in the Milan office.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and online research tools.
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (advantageous).
• Interest in VFX, animation, or creative industries.
