What you will do
- Create and edit CNC programs for machining parts using AP100 and VPSSRi systems.
- Interpret design specifications, blueprints, and CAD models to develop precise programs.
- Perform setup and testing of CNC machines to ensure production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues.
- Ensure all machined parts meet strict quality and precision standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a CNC programmer or machinist.
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software.
- Direct experience with AP100 and VPSSRi systems.
- Familiarity with Mastercam, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
