What you will do

• Lead multiple QA teams in Paris and independently define QA strategies for large-scale projects.
• Champion QA best practices across the full development lifecycle.
• Manage team growth through training, performance reviews, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with producers and stakeholders to define testing plans and processes for both internal and external QA.
• Perform hands-on leadership to ensure the quality of deliverables and thorough testing coverage.
• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of QA tools.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in a QA Leadership role within the game industry.
• At least 9+ years of overall quality assurance experience.
• Proven track record of shipping AAA games on multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as JIRA/TTP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Cergy, France.
