TL;DR
Data Solution Architect (Pega): Designing and enhancing a strategic platform for managing customer group structures in the Credit Risk domain with an accent on high-level solution design and data modeling. Focus on translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and providing technical guidance to development teams.
Location: Hybrid (Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź) — 3 days per week from the office
Salary: 1300-1500 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do
- Act as a Solution Architect for the Information Capability domain and Data Architect for Credit Risk initiatives.
- Translate business and non-functional requirements into high-level solution designs.
- Define detailed architectures and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with Product Owners and SMEs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive architecture and design documentation.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and data management principles.
Requirements
- Experience with architecture implementation for large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of modern application stacks, open-source, and 3rd party vendor technologies.
- Proficiency in integration architecture and common patterns for batch and real-time processing.
- Expertise in data and information architecture, including data modeling.
- Experience with solution modeling tools and notations.
- Business knowledge of banking, specifically credit risk and portfolio management.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake (cloud data warehouses, ETL pipelines, CI/CD).
- Experience orchestrating ETL pipelines.
