TL;DR

QA Engineer (AI & Automation): Ensuring quality and building E2E automation for backend, Android, and iOS platforms within the Activation squad with an accent on AI-assisted testing and tool evolution. Focus on designing robust automation frameworks, integrating AI coding tools to accelerate feedback loops, and converting user-reported issues into permanent regression tests.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: 4000-5500 EUR gross

What you will do

  • Design and maintain E2E test automation across backend, web, Android, and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to review acceptance criteria and identify gaps early.
  • Build and evolve QA tooling while driving the adoption of AI in testing across the organization.
  • Monitor quality dashboards and investigate issues using logs and observability tooling.
  • Transform real user issues from Customer Care into permanent regression coverage.
  • Actively contribute to the cross-squad QA community to share practices and raise engineering standards.

Requirements

  • Hands-on manual testing experience with a sharp eye for edge cases and user impact.
  • Test automation experience on at least one platform (backend, web, or mobile).
  • Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar for building and automating.
  • Strong communication in English.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

  • Passion and knowledge regarding podcasts, audio/video content, and the media industry.
