For which tasks (responsibilities)?
✓ Oversee project's artistic style, including concept and UI design; ✓ Provide overall artistic direction to the development team, enhancing game visuals; ✓ Educate team on western art and culture for market-tailored games; ✓ Identify discrepancies with art style or culture and promptly address with team; ✓ Collaborate with team to expand market potential of ongoing projects; ✓ Maintain long-term positive relationship with development team;
What kind of professional are we looking for?
✓ Deep understanding of video game market trends; ✓ Familiar with art direction and game style setting, communicating optimal visual solutions; ✓ Full-cycle development experience in successful casual games, specializing in art style setting; ✓ Knowledge in development team functions; ✓ Some experience in production pipeline/workflow processes, optimizing collaboration.
