Lead 2D/3D Artist (Mobile Games)

What you will do

• Establish and maintain the artistic vision and visual consistency of assigned games across 2D and 3D elements.
• Create and oversee art concepts, characters, environments, and other game assets in a casual mobile style.
• Lead the art team through task assignment, strategic feedback, motivation, and mentoring.
• Plan, manage, and deliver art content for assigned projects.
• Review art quality, improve production pipelines, and create guides and tutorials.
• Collaborate with game design and development teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the game industry.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D art production, animation fundamentals, and mobile game graphics pipelines.
• Basic understanding of the Unity engine.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Blender and Substance Designer or Substance Painter.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher and a high-quality portfolio with work samples are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marvelous Designer or similar software.
• Formal art education.
