Lead 2D/3D Artist (Mobile Games)

What you will do

• Establish and maintain the artistic vision and visual integrity of assigned casual mobile games.
• Create and develop art styles, characters, environments, and other 2D and 3D game elements.
• Lead the art team through task assignment, feedback, motivation, and mentoring.
• Plan, manage, and deliver art content for assigned projects.
• Review art quality, update production pipelines, and create guides and tutorials.
• Collaborate with game design and development departments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the game industry as a Lead 2D/3D Artist, Lead Artist, Art Manager, or in a similar role.
• Understanding of 2D and 3D art production, animation fundamentals, and graphics pipelines for mobile games.
• Basic or better understanding of the Unity engine.
• Proficiency in Blender and Substance Designer or Substance Painter.
• Strong team management and communication skills, with the ability to work in a casual art style.
• High-quality portfolio with work samples; applications without samples will not be considered. Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Marvelous Designer or similar software.
• Formal art education.
