What you will do

• Lead faculty workforce planning and coordinate teaching resource allocation, including managing cover rotas.
• Coordinate the end-to-end faculty recruitment process, including participation in interview and assessment panels.
• Manage the onboarding and induction process for all new faculty to ensure compliance and institutional integration.
• Conduct regular performance management, including one-to-one meetings, probation monitoring, and appraisals.
• Handle day-to-day employee relations, staff wellbeing, and informal grievances in partnership with HR.
• Ensure faculty compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements, such as OfS standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational workforce management or faculty administration.
• Ability to manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Strong competence in performance management and employee relations.
• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate staffing records.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
