Solution Architect (Fintech): Designing and governing enterprise-level architecture solutions for a retail banking project with an accent on scalability, security, and alignment with business strategy. Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa (3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1300 - 1600 PLN/MD on B2B

What you will do

• Lead strategic architectural discussions to reduce complexity, improve organizational agility, and enhance cost efficiency.
• Design and govern end-to-end solution architecture in compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain solution design documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, and data models.
• Translate retail banking business requirements into scalable architectural concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical standards.
• Drive risk mitigation strategies and support secure solution delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT Architecture, including at least 3 years as a Senior IT Architect.
• Proven expertise in solution design, process modelling, and system architecture diagrams.
• Experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• English: C1 required for daily communication in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of frontend–backend integration patterns, microservices, and micro frontends.
• Experience with Pega (process automation platform), REST APIs, and Kafka.

• Experience working with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
