Focus on coordinating the BA team, mentoring subordinates, and establishing BA process workflows.

What you will do

• Define business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Elicit and document detailed business requirements using various BA techniques (interviews, workshops, use cases, etc.).
• Manage customer expectations and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate the BA team's work at the project level.
• Coach and mentor subordinate analysts and QAs.
• Develop project documentation templates and conduct requirements audits.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience working on midsize or large projects (10+ people).
• Proficiency in BPMN notation and process description tools.
• Advanced level of English.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
