What you will do

• Support the integration, installation, and operation of the cloud-native platform within customer ecosystems.
• Evolve the platform by improving Helm charts, Terraform providers, and observability dashboards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to design and implement solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Optimize Kubernetes infrastructure using CNCF projects, Flux GitOps, and GitHub Actions.
• Utilize Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo observability stacks to gain system insights and optimize performance.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and assistants to automate routine infrastructure operations and streamline troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure).
• Effective communication skills to explain technical cloud concepts to customers.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong advocacy for and comfort with integrating AI tools into the engineering workflow.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model from Brno or Prague, Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) background with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps.
• 2+ years of experience operating production cloud or Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with AI-integrated development workflows or building AI agents.
• Ability to create technical content, such as blog posts and case studies.
