What you will do

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters across production, testing, and development environments.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of Kubernetes environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance and security issues.
• Configure network stack components, including network policies, VPN, and load balancers.
• Automate infrastructure processes using Ansible, Terraform, and scripting.
• Coordinate work with less experienced colleagues and drive infrastructure development initiatives.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes (VMware Tanzu is an advantage).
• Operational experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and network policies.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Czech language proficiency (required).
• English level B2.
