Salary: Minimum € 2,362 gross per month (actual compensation is market-oriented and significantly higher)

What you will do

• Execute the global Data & Privacy Compliance Program by creating actionable processes and governance structures.
• Draft, review, and update internal data and privacy policies, standards, and risk assessments.
• Analyze new data privacy and cybersecurity regulations to integrate them into the global compliance framework.
• Optimize global processes for data subject requests and structured incident response handling.
• Coordinate strategic compliance initiatives with internal stakeholders in IT, Legal Operations, and various business functions.

Requirements

• University degree in Law or IT.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or cybersecurity within international law firms or in-house departments.
• Excellent English skills.
• Strong knowledge of European data privacy law and emerging cybersecurity regulations.
• Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional strategic projects.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree.
• CIPP/E or similar data privacy qualification.
