What you will do

• Manage monthly payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments for SEA, North Asia, and Hong Kong.
• Maintain payroll-related data in Workday, including salary records, adjustments, and final settlements.
• Handle statutory contributions and ensure strict compliance with local payroll regulations.
• Administer computations, generate payroll reports, and review annual tax returns for accuracy.
• Coordinate HR reports regarding employee movement, headcount, and cost center allocation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, and benefits.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience in Asia Pacific, preferably within a Shared Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and relevant regional labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Fluency in spoken English.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
