What you will do

• Lead a QA team in Paris within an international environment, providing leadership by example.
• Mentor and develop team members through trainings, reviews, and evaluations.
• Define testing plans and processes for both embedded Dev QA and external General QA.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and thoroughness of testing coverage for AAA games.
• Proactively contribute to the development and deployment of QA tools.
• Collaborate with producers and stakeholders to align on project goals and guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a QA lead role within the game industry.
• Proven track record of shipping AAA games on multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile).
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Proficiency in JIRA, TTP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of SCRUM and Agile practices.
