Senior Python Developer (AI)

Location: Poland or Ukraine

What you will do

• Design, architect, and implement backend features using Python and TypeScript.
• Own core platform components and contribute to scalable, high-performance, and accessible solutions.
• Apply unit, integration, and performance testing, monitoring, documentation, and other practices that improve reliability and fault tolerance.
• Refactor and modernize existing applications, improving performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-to-Market functions to deliver product capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, agile ceremonies, and knowledge sharing while using AI-powered development tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
• Strong AWS expertise.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and message bus systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and SQS.
• Strong coding, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI-powered solutions or working with AI technologies.
• Experience using AI tools to improve software development.
• Background in customer-facing product development.
