What you will do

• Design and develop technical training programs, curricula, assessments, and manuals based on product requirements.
• Facilitate technical training on hirify.global GEW products and systems for varying audience levels.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including operator and maintenance manuals and illustrated parts catalogues.
• Manage training plans, schedules, certification processes, and training records.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to enhance training effectiveness and support business objectives.

Requirements

• National Higher Diploma or BTech in Electronic Engineering (Light Current) or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience following the attainment of the first technical qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience within a technical training environment.
• Experience in the operation, maintenance, or support of Electronic Warfare (EW) or SIGINT systems.
• Experience within the aerospace, defence, military, or related high-technology industries.
• Must be located in or have the right to work in Pretoria, South Africa.

Nice to have

• Formal qualification in Training and Development, Adult Education, or Instructional Design.
• Experience in technical writing and the development of technical documentation.
• Operational experience in the deployment and maintenance of land-based EW systems.
