TL;DR
Senior Specialist, Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits): Supporting compensation structures, benefits and incentive programs for Greater Asia with an accent on market analysis, regulatory compliance and data-driven insights. Focus on managing compensation planning, improving HR data tools, and developing decision-making resources for regional stakeholders.

Location: Shanghai IBP, China; hybrid role with home office available 2 days per week

What you will do

  • Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures, benefits and incentive programs.
  • Provide financial, market and legal analysis, regulatory insights and internal management reporting.
  • Support the annual compensation planning process through market pay analysis, employee communications and management briefings.
  • Contribute to Total Rewards frameworks and tools for compensation, benefits and talent retention.
  • Process and analyze complex HR Total Rewards data, identify trends and improve data collection and administration processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in Total Rewards within a regional or multinational environment.
  • Experience defining strategies and managing compensation and benefits across Greater Asia countries.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with large data sets.
