What you will do

• Lead proactive client engagement to ensure service loyalty and subscription continuity.
• Identify and secure cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive net revenue growth.
• Proactively monitor and manage at-risk clients to prevent churn.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and subscription guidance.
• Collaborate with internal operational teams to resolve client concerns and deliver unified solutions.
• Maintain accurate client data and interaction records within the company CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a quota-carrying renewal or sales role.
• Strong client-facing acumen with the ability to manage difficult conversations and escalations.
• Comfortable leading proactive commercial discussions rather than purely reactive service.
• Proficiency in managing a high volume of accounts independently.
• Demonstrated track record in preventing churn and driving revenue retention.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
