What you will do

• Analyze tender requirements and develop technical solutions and Bills of Materials.
• Assist Supply Chain in developing Statements of Works and analyzing subcontractor tender responses.
• Gather estimates for labour, subcontracting, and materials for entry into pricing tools.
• Participate in risk workshops and manage risk provisions within pricing models.
• Produce cash flow, payment schedules, and pricing data in RFT format.
• Support the Head of Capture in business development activities.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian citizen.
• Ability to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance (baseline/NV1/NV2).
• Proven experience in sales or tender management and cost estimation.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and supplier liaison skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
