What you will do

• Develop and maintain low-latency order management and electronic trading platforms.
• Build and optimize client and exchange connectivity solutions using FIX and native protocols.

• Implement robust trading controls and workflow management platforms.
• Develop pricing, risk, and booking systems to support equities business lines.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to solve complex problems in distributed systems.

Requirements

• Solid industry experience programming in Java, C++, C, or Python.
• Clear understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with core programming concepts such as concurrency and memory management.
• Comfort with standard SDLC tools and version control systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Shanghai or Beijing.
