What you will do

• Identify and implement process improvement projects to optimize production cycle-time and costs.
• Define and approve production working-phase sequences and equipment performance criteria.
• Provide technical support to production teams during equipment start-up and process implementation.
• Evaluate and test new process technologies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Train maintenance and production staff on new processes and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical engineering preferred).
• Proficient level of English language required.
• Strong focus on workplace safety practices and guidelines.
• Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and drawing software is an advantage.
