What you will do

• Lead and promote QEHS practices, driving continuous improvement across all sites.
• Develop and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits to maintain permanent compliance.
• Perform risk assessments and initiate preventive measures to maintain safety and environmental standards.
• Advise management on legal and industry standards and facilitate EHS training and accident reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and workplace organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in occupational safety, quality management, or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Bulgarian occupational health and safety law and international standards like ISO 45001.
• Hands-on experience in problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Experience with CI methods such as Lean, Kaizen, or CPM.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
