TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Shanghai, China (Onsite, 5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Develop and implement corporate strategies, business plans, and operational policies.
  • Lead core teams and standardize internal management structures and systems.
  • Oversee comprehensive operational management and ensure the execution of Board resolutions.
  • Coordinate work progress across departments and preside over administrative and office meetings.
  • Approve company regulations, reward policies, and salary distribution plans.
  • Promote corporate culture and address major operational emergencies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in Corporate Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Over ten years of experience in corporate management, with at least five years in comprehensive leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced corporate management models and modern management philosophies.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven execution capabilities in team management.
  • Deep understanding of comprehensive corporate operations, business management, and cross-departmental workflows.
  • Sharp business acumen and a proven track record of outstanding performance.
