What you will do

  • Manage a book of business to ensure strong customer health, adoption, and retention targets.
  • Develop and execute success plans to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Maintain data integrity and track key metrics, specifically demonstrating ROI to stakeholders.
  • Become a platform expert, providing technical and business solutions to maximize client investment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the In-Store division to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or the Hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and present effectively to executive and C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience building and implementing internal systems and processes.
  • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, customer-centric environment.
