What you will do
- Manage a book of business to ensure strong customer health, adoption, and retention targets.
- Develop and execute success plans to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Maintain data integrity and track key metrics, specifically demonstrating ROI to stakeholders.
- Become a platform expert, providing technical and business solutions to maximize client investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the In-Store division to deliver high-quality service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or the Hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and present effectively to executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience building and implementing internal systems and processes.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, customer-centric environment.
