• Diagnose, install, replace, and configure camera hardware at customer sites.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks to ensure system reliability.

• Operate power tools safely to install equipment on shelves and ceilings.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality and speed KPIs.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation required.
• Proven experience in field service, installation, or construction.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods (up to 9 hours).
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
