• Manage media reporting programs, metrics, and dashboards using tools like CISION and Meltwater.
• Coordinate campaigns, media briefings, and presence at strategic industry events.
• Build and manage relationships with journalists, trade reporters, and influencers.
• Monitor media trends and AI-driven solutions to elevate communications practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate or technology communications.
• Proven experience in media relations with a focus on North America.
• Hands-on experience with media measurement tools like CISION, Meltwater, and Google Analytics.
• Exceptional writing skills for diverse formats including media releases and presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.
• Ability to represent the company confidently to executives and external partners.
