What you will do

  • Manage daily contact center operations to ensure performance goals and service levels are met.
  • Drive employee engagement, career development, and performance management for staff.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and compensation decisions for the team.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Execute strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor call queues and manage departmental budget performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in a related product area.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and motivate teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment is preferred.
