What you will do

• Communicate with fitness studios, beauty salons, spas, and other partners.
• Provide technical support and onboarding for partners.
• Manage partner bookings and schedules and add new partners to the platform.
• Support users, resolve their requests, and develop creative solutions.
• Research relevant events and conferences and submit applications.
• Prepare presentations and other visual and text materials in English.

Requirements

• Ability to organize work, establish processes, and explain them to others.
• Upper-intermediate English, both spoken and written, required for communication with partners.
• Ability to handle multifaceted and high-volume tasks and find solutions quickly.
• Willingness to take on unfamiliar tasks and contribute to project development in a new region.
• Motivation to grow together with the project.
