What you will do

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of Legal Engineering Managers serving in-house customers in the Americas.
• Build systems, processes, and operating mechanisms to deliver exceptional customer outcomes at scale.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to legal department leaders and an influential partner to senior stakeholders.
• Drive organizational performance through strategic planning, resource management, and talent development.
• Define the future of Legal Engineering and Harvey's partnerships with corporate legal departments.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 9+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience at a top-tier law firm (Vault 50) and/or in-house at a Fortune 500 or leading tech company.
• Proven experience leading managers and manager-led organizations.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models.
• Deep understanding of enterprise legal teams and the evolving legal technology landscape.
