What you will do

• Support cybersecurity risk management activities across the defined risk management lifecycle.
• Maintain and contribute to the global cybersecurity risk register.
• Aggregate and evaluate cybersecurity risks to support leadership reporting and decision-making.
• Facilitate risk identification, analysis, and treatment discussions with business stakeholders.
• Research emerging threats and analyze them against the current organizational risk posture.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced staff members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, IT governance, risk, compliance, or operations.
• 1+ years of direct experience with cybersecurity risk management.
• Demonstrated experience with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and HIPAA.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Certifications in cybersecurity, risk, audit, or program/project management.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow or OneTrust.
• Professional experience within the healthcare or biotech industries.
