What you will do

• Lead the technical direction of large-scale automation infrastructure, defining architecture and coding standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product groups to ensure feature testability and environment compatibility.
• Mentor and grow engineers across local and remote sites through design and code reviews.
• Drive root cause investigations for complex distributed system issues, such as race conditions and timing failures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python and C++ on Linux platforms.
• 2+ years of experience managing or technically mentoring a team.
• Proven expertise with complex, multi-service distributed systems.
• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Background in enterprise storage (SAN, NAS, Object Storage).
• Experience with FC, SMB, NFS, or S3 protocols.
• Knowledge of Linux internals and networking.
