What you will do
- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and customised training meetings for new and existing customers.
- Promote feature adoption and educate customers to ensure they derive maximum value from the platform.
- Identify upselling opportunities and build meaningful relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Analyze client usage patterns and conduct check-ins to mitigate churn risk and assess satisfaction.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product and development teams to drive improvements.
- Manage customer subscriptions and maintain accurate records of interactions and client health in the CRM.
Requirements
- Experience onboarding customers in a SaaS company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer engagement and internal collaboration.
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and proficiency in learning new technical tools.
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to perform data analysis.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Copenhagen office.
- Passion for or experience in the Early Years childcare industry.
