What you will do

  • Create and maintain technical knowledge articles and service notes for internal service use.
  • Maintain Support Site content, including software releases and release notes.
  • Support escalated service cases by collecting and organizing technical data and coordinating follow-up.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Service Operations on technical clarifications.
  • Extract data and prepare reports or dashboards to highlight service trends and operational insights.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service knowledge and support processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing higher education in Robotics, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Strong written English skills for clear and accurate technical communication.
  • Analytical mindset and interest in robotics, software, and automation.
  • Must be based in or local to Odense, Denmark.

Nice to have

  • Relevant coursework or projects in data analysis, programming, or technical documentation.
  • Experience from internships or part-time work in technical support, testing, or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar platforms.
