Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 USD

What you will do
- Evaluate incoming artwork for production readiness across five decoration types: embroidery, heat transfer, embossing, sew-in tags, and luggage printing.
- Digitize and process high-volume embroidery designs, creating optimized stitch files for over 5,000 units per day.
- Develop and maintain Art Specification Standards and a comprehensive library of 500+ approved production files.
- Enforce strict quality gates and track KPIs, including Art Rejection Rate, File Rework Rate, and Digitizing Turnaround.
- Mentor and onboard junior digitizers and coordinators through daily stand-ups and technical training.
- Manage external digitizing vendors, negotiate SLAs, and monitor output quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in embroidery digitizing and art prep for high-volume B2B apparel production.
- Expert proficiency in digitizing software (Pulse, Wilcom, or Hatch) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Deep technical knowledge of embroidery machine constraints, stitch limits, and garment interactions.
- Proven experience in screen print color separation and DTG file optimization.
- Experience in leadership, mentoring, and vendor relationship management.
- Must be based in Buena Park, CA (fully on-site), with the ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
Nice to have
- Experience operating industrial embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, Melco, etc).
- Experience with WMS systems and order-based production scheduling.
- Working proficiency in Spanish.
