🚨 We’re hiring: Platform Manager / DevSecOps
We’re supporting a leading European fintech and open banking platform as they strengthen their infrastructure and platform engineering capability.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior DevSecOps or Platform Engineer ready to step into broader technical leadership, while remaining genuinely hands-on.
The role will be approximately 70% engineering and 30% people leadership, with responsibility across:
• Production Kubernetes environments
• GCP and Terraform infrastructure
• Internal developer tooling and “golden path” engineering
• GitHub Actions and GitOps workflows
• Observability using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and Tempo
• Security across cloud, cluster, container and code
• Mentoring, hiring and developing the platform team
We’re particularly interested in people who have led technically as a Staff Engineer, Tech Lead or Platform Lead and now want to grow into formal management without moving away from the technology.
