What you will do

• Own reliability and operational stability of production systems.
• Design and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability stacks.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Enhance system resilience via redundancy, failover, and recovery strategies.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for safer deployments.
• Develop operational practices, including on-call processes and SLAs.

Requirements

• Experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
• Ability to design for reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Must be located in China to work remotely with Malaysia-based teams.

Nice to have

• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
