TL;DR

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex features and software components for TouchSense Tools.
- Drive technical direction, design decisions, and root cause analysis for critical system issues.
- Ensure the robustness, scalability, and maintainability of the full software stack.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and system teams to clarify requirements and influence the backlog.
- Improve development efficiency through tooling, automation, and CI/CD strategies.
- Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Electron.
- Proven record of designing and developing complex, scalable software systems.
- Experience in software benchmarking and debugging complex system-level issues.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.

- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Experience working within international multi-site teams.
