What you will do
- Provide high-quality information support to B2B customers to find optimal solutions for their needs.
- Act as a product expert, explaining complex technical concepts in simple, accessible language.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to address complex customer issues and improve the product.
- Apply Customer Success principles to identify pain points and generate feature requests based on customer interaction.
- Develop and maintain the knowledge base, FAQs, and Help Center articles to ensure information consistency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Customer Service.
- Strong written communication skills for customer chats and internal documentation in Confluence.
- Understanding of financial services, trading, cryptocurrency, and payment instruments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use support data to identify recurring issues.
- Attention to detail when handling financial and transactional queries.
- Fluency in English and Russian is required.
