What you will do

  • Provide high-quality information support to B2B customers to find optimal solutions for their needs.
  • Act as a product expert, explaining complex technical concepts in simple, accessible language.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to address complex customer issues and improve the product.
  • Apply Customer Success principles to identify pain points and generate feature requests based on customer interaction.
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge base, FAQs, and Help Center articles to ensure information consistency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Customer Service.
  • Strong written communication skills for customer chats and internal documentation in Confluence.
  • Understanding of financial services, trading, cryptocurrency, and payment instruments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use support data to identify recurring issues.
  • Attention to detail when handling financial and transactional queries.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is required.
