What you will do

• Analyze rich player data sets to identify opportunities and set the direction for new game features.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL and Python to evaluate the impact of product launches and live game changes.
• Apply advanced statistical modeling and ML techniques, such as causal inference and regression, to understand metric drivers.
• Model and track data events, ensuring the quality and utility of findings through rigorous debugging.
• Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for product, design, and leadership teams.
• Present findings using storytelling to support decision-making across multiple disciplines.

Requirements

• Proven track record in an Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
• Experience applying statistical concepts and machine learning to answer business questions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in Spain.
