Product Analyst - Star Trek Fleet Command (Mobile Games)

What you will do

• Partner with game, data platform, publishing, product, design, economy, engineering, and leadership teams across the full game development lifecycle.
• Define goals and metrics, monitor live outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve player and business performance.
• Analyze large and complex player datasets to guide new features, launches, events, and live game changes.
• Model and track data events, debug data issues, and ensure the quality and usefulness of analytical findings.
• Use SQL and Python to build analytical frameworks and conduct deep-dive analyses.
• Present complex results as clear, actionable recommendations and support data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Professional experience in an Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, statistical modeling, automation, and advanced analytical workflows.
• Experience with statistical modeling, causal inference, experimentation, and/or machine learning.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to select appropriate analytical methods.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, and availability for a hybrid or remote role based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
